Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
5. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify target demographics and optimize content accordingly.
6. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media.
7. Utilize social media management tools and analytics to track performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
8. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach, and conversions.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers and graphic designers, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and leverage them to improve campaign effectiveness.
11. Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to amplify our social media presence.
12. Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management across various platforms.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Marketer, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Fluent in English , Punjabi and Hindi languages, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with our target audience.
3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for audience engagement.
4. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and generate insights.
5. Strong understanding of social media advertising, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
6. Excellent writing skills and the ability to create engaging, shareable, and persuasive social media content.
7. Familiarity with graphic design principles and multimedia content creation for social media.
8. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media marketing.
10. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
12. Passion for social media trends, emerging technologies, and a continuous drive for learning and improvement.
