Customer Support and Assistant

We are a thriving company seeking a skilled and reliable Business Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who excels in communication, organization, and collaboration. As a Business Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing calls, handling business emails, and ensuring effective communication within our team. Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is essential to cater to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and directing calls to the appropriate team members.

2. Handle business emails, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with clients and suppliers.

3. Manage and organize the company’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

4. Collaborate with team members, both in-person and virtually, to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow.

5. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including client information, meeting minutes, and other relevant data.

6. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.

7. Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.

8. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making processes and business operations.

9. Assist in the creation and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks.

10. Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and information sharing.

11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.

12. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to streamlining administrative tasks.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.

2. Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English languages, both spoken and written.

3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and team members.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

5. Proficient in using office software and tools, including Google docs,Google sheet .(Training can be provided)

6. Familiarity with email and calendar management systems.

7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

9. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

10. Professional and friendly demeanor, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

11. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

12. Availability to work during regular business hours, with flexibility for occasional overtime as needed.
