Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview: a. The affiliate program is designed to reward individuals or entities (“Affiliates”) for referring customers to our website design, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing services. b. Affiliates can enroll in one of three membership levels: Basic, Prime, and Premium, each offering different commission rates.
2. Commission Structure: a. Basic Membership: 10 % commission on the total project value. b. PPremium : 15 % commission on the total project value. c. Super Pro : 20 % commission on the total project value.
3. Payouts: a. Affiliate Payout Schedule: Affiliates will receive their commission payouts after 15 days following the successful completion and delivery of the respective project or service. The completion status will be determined by Gorcel Agency (www.gorcel.com) based on the fulfillment of the agreed-upon terms and successful client receipt of the services. We appreciate your commitment and partnership with Gorcel Agency (www.gorcel.com) . If you have any questions regarding the payout process, please contact our affiliate support team.. b. Payments will be made via the preferred method chosen by the Affiliate during the enrollment process.(Either Bank transfer or Paypal ) .
4. Eligibility: a. Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and may not engage in any activities that may harm our brand reputation. b. Our services must be promoted in a truthful and transparent manner, and Affiliates should avoid misleading claims.
5. Enrollment: a. Affiliates can enroll through our website by completing the registration process. b. Membership level selection is mandatory during the enrollment process.
6. Tracking and Reporting: a. Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links to monitor their referrals and commissions. b. Real-time reporting will be available through the Affiliate dashboard.
7. Termination: a. We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program for any violation of these terms and conditions or for engaging in unethical practices. b. Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.
8. Modification of Terms: a. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and Affiliates will be notified of such changes via email or can check this page at anytime. .
9. Limitation of Liability: a. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the affiliate program.
10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, and binding arbitration in Toronto,Canada, with decisions deemed final.
